DRT was incorporated on December 19, 2003 and has experienced solid growth over the past four years, receiving its 8(a) designation in December, 2006. Our name, DRT, means Driving Resolution Together. Our world class consultants offer combined “Big 4” and Fortune 500 experience, providing small business responsiveness and tailored services, and creating value for our clients by delivering field-proven experience and long-term intellectual capital developed by our most important asset –our employees. Bart and Associates, Inc. (B&A)

Bart and Associates, Inc. (B&A), is an Enterprise Level Software Integrator with more than 20 years experience serving the Federal Government. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, B&A is a $115 million a year company of approximately 600 consultants, composed of IT Specialists, Software Developers, and Business/Functional Analysts. Appraised at CMMI Level 3, B&A utilizes PMI/EVMS-driven program management to ensure project and program success. QinetiQ North America

QinetiQ North America (QNA) was formed from the acquisition of various companies to include: Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation, Westar, Foster Miller, Apogen Technologies, Analex, PSI, etc. QNA has established an excellent reputation while supporting mission-critical systems including the DoD, Homeland Security, and the Civilian sectors of the U.S. Government. They have over 6000 talented and dedicated employees worldwide, including Okinawa, Japan, Germany, Djibouti, and Iraq, with over 50% holding clearances and higher education degrees. Many personnel have extensive Navy, Marine Corps, and Army military experience. RGS Associates, Inc.

RGS Associates, Inc. was founded in 1984 with the stated purpose of significantly improving the organizational performance of our clients through the introduction of innovative information technologies. Their focus is on Navy clients to bring about improvements in the way they acquire and maintain weapon systems. RGS currently generates annual revenues of approximately $20 million and has 100 full-time employees. We offer a different type of engagement from the typical contractor. Sabre Systems

Sabre Systems, founded in 1989, is a privately owned, professional services firm providing high quality technology, scientific, management, and administrative services to Federal government and commercial entities.
