FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) Information Management Support (CIMS)
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) has issued DRT a Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide CDRH Information Management Support (CIMS) services; this single-award five-year BPA is issued against the listed GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 70 contract.
Under this BPA, DRT applies advanced solutions to provide full system life cycle management support and deliver continuity of services across the FDA CDRH CIMS portfolio which includes the IT systems and initiatives featuring distinctive device-related projects, highlighting public-facing interfaces, and promoting a knowledge-based and information-sharing environment through tools and technologies to support document management, search and discovery, collaboration, and social systems.
The scope for the FDA CDRH CIMS BPA includes planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance of systems and business application software that integrates hardware, software, data, network, and security. It also includes providing project management, reporting, user assistance, process improvement, documentation, training, and meeting support necessary to implement the technical tasks. Specific task areas include:
