DRT Strengthens Position as Digital Transformation Leader with New Contract Award for CPAIS at USDA

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) awards DRT Strategies (DRT) the contract to modernize the agency’s mission critical Corporate Property Automated Information Systems (CPAIS). As such, DRT will design, develop, and deploy an innovative Oracle-based financial asset management system.

Arlington, VA – May 20, 2020 – DRT Strategies, Inc. (DRT), a leading digital transformation partner to large federal agencies and commercial clients for nearly 20 years, announced today that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has awarded the company a new IT modernization contract to enhance and maintain the agency’s mission critical Corporate Property Automated Information Systems (CPAIS).

DRT together with USDA stakeholders will design, develop, and deploy an innovative Oracle-based financial asset management system that will serve as the nucleus of the agency’s Real Property management and accounting systems.  These mission critical IT systems empower users and stakeholders to accurately inventory the government’s vast ownership of lands and buildings while keeping track of those assets’ capitalization and depreciation.  Many of the software enhancements DRT will provide include improvements in user interfaces, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
